Crowdmanager makes cutting edge software solutions for fan engagement. We are a scaleup company with a startup energy. We work with clubs, leagues and federations across continents and sports. From Wolverhampton in the UK to Club Puebla in Mexico, we make sure the passion of the fans is turned into good business for the sports brands. At the moment, Crowdmanager’s solutions are loved by more than 250 sports clients. We are as passionate about helping small clubs as big leagues.
Our customer success managers make sure our customers can take full advantage of our fan engagement solutions. We are known for our deep knowledge of the challenges and opportunities in the geographies where we operate. Now we want to make an even greater impact in the Nordic countries. That’s where you come in.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
  • Help brands reach their potential through our cutting edge technology solutions
  • Make sure the brands reach and relate to the fans in the best possible way
  • Push the boundaries of how Crowdmanager helps bring fans closer to brands
  • Work within an international group of success managers, developers and country managers
  • Go to work at Ullevål stadion, Norway’s national football arena
You’ll be in constant touch with our supported brands. One day, it’s all about the Danish Superliga, Eliteserien or Allsvenskan. Next day, you are planning the fan engagement platform for a club in Iceland’s Úrvalsdeild karla. Or maybe it’s not about football at all. Either way, you have the same passion for fans of small clubs as you are honoured to work with big ones.
Here’s what we’re looking for:
  • We think you have a bachelor’s degree or more
  • We know you have a passion for sports and an understanding of the sports business
  • You speak and write English and at least one other Nordic language
  • You have great communication skills
Location: Ullevål stadion, Oslo, Norway

Next day, you are planning the fan engagement platform for a small club in Luxembourg’s Division of Honour. Or maybe it’s not about football at all. Either way, you have the same passion for fans of small clubs as you are honoured to work with big ones.
Here’s what we’re looking for:
  • We think you have a bachelor’s degree or more
  • We know you have a passion for sports and an understanding of the sports business
  • You need to be proficient in English, both oral and written. Other language skills, like knowledge of Dutch or French are a plus
  • You have great communication skills

REGIONAL MANAGER, DACH

From Wolverhampton in the UK to Club Puebla in Mexico, we make sure the passion of the fans is turned into good business for the sports brands. At the moment, Crowdmanager’s solutions are loved by more than 250 sports clients. We are as passionate about helping small clubs as big leagues.
Our regional managers are sales people and therefore crucial to our business. We are known for our on-the-ground knowledge of the challenges and opportunities in the geographies where we operate. Now we want to make an even greater impact in the DACH region. That’s where you come in.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
  • Develop and extend commercial relations with clubs, leagues, federations and other clients in the UK and Ireland
  • Join and contribute to our pan-European team of country and regional managers
  • Establish partnerships with premium partners like Ticketmaster, Sports Alliance, MailChimp, StatsPerform and Facebook
  • Establish yourself as a fan engagement guru in the DACH region
  • Develop and expand our business model
  • Make us proud
Here’s what we’re looking for:
  • An entrepreneurial spirit, you like to draw the map yourself
  • We think you have a bachelor’s degree or more
  • We know you have a passion for sports and an understanding of the sports business
  • We guess you have a background in consulting or solutions sales
  • We’d like you to have experience with sponsorship work or partner development
  • You have great communication skills
We need you to be based in Germany, Austria or Switzerland, but the precise location is less important to us. Bonn, Bern, Berlin or Bischofshofen? No problem.
